It is a machine of high speed, for the production of all kind of cords, among them, the ones to use in the sanitary masks for protection. It can be delivered with a feeding of rigid or elastic soul, as long as a system of collection in the bobbin.

Description
High speed machine for braiding with needles. Totally silent and robust, equipped with 2 heads.
The machine can produce elastic or rigid tapes for shoes, sportswear, garments, adornments, etc.
The products do not unravel. The estimated production for masks is of 150 metres per hour.
The yarns used can be of any quality, type or thickness.
Characteristics
- Diameters of the tape, from 2 to 12 mm.
- Two independent heads with their respective needles.
- General switch for the machine.
- Stop and start switch.
- Speed: 1400 rpm.
- It is combined with a stretching group so as
to achieve the final production depending on the product made.
